I love this. I didn't know there was a form of digital oil painting but i believe it now. You captured the movement very well. I like the background and the beautiful form of the ballerina.

Thank you very much for your review. The approval of an experienced traditional painter as yourself means lots to me :-)

Unusual perspective..I like that it truly fits the title, and that you have showcased the "feel" of movement as opposed to the facial features..I also like the textures immensely..they really pull one into the picture, and also add amazing depth. Donkeyoatey

Thank you!!! The perspective is only unusual for the audience not for actors or musicians. It is as a dancer who sits on the ground or may is ducked behind a decoration piece would see it or a a musician see the dancers from the orchestra-arroyo. [I know that's not the right word but I can't find out what the English word is for that location in a theater. I hope you know what I mean]. Thjank you again! Hope you are well.

What ever, how ever, it's beautiful. I love the softness, and the way the colors kind of move into one another. This is gorgeous, but I think if it was a sharp photo it would lose all that makes it special. Thank you M'am.

Thank you!!! Such a positive review and high rating count even more if it comes from an artist and friend.
You got exactly my intentional toughts. I do not think that an stop in action photo ever could create this kind of movement. I am working for a long time an the theme of light and motion in my paintings and in my photos as well. I am getting better, but I still have a lot more to learn on a long way ahead. I was inspired by Degas paintings and the dancer-photographer-artist Baryshnikov, who did amazing long exposure photo studies.

I really love the feeling I get just by viewing this beautiful piece. This painting gives me the feeling I am actually there watching her twirl! Bravo!!!

Thank you very much! The texture comes partly from the digital canvas I chose and partly from how I spread the digital paint with the digital knife, mostly from the edge tail of the knife.

This lovely piece is simply beautiful!
This lovely young lady looks passionate and very into what she is doing. Dancing step by step.
The colors blends well and gives it depth.
The white brings out the young woman.

Thanks for sharing!

Now this is a piece of art. I love the texture. Between the blurriness of the whites and the brushstrokes, you can detect the movement in the dancer. One of my favorite techniques is to use simple suggestions to tell the story and you certainally captured this story of a dancer. Excellent work.
