Wonderful image. I remember some of the others you posted last fall. They all have been very good. He is sharp as a tack with very nice fall colors and reflection over the water's surface. Kudos to you. The best of luck in the contest. Thanks for sharing.

Wonderful picture of the heron.
He's really a beautiful bird.
Like seeing him in this position, with the curve of his neck, the reflection in the water.
Like the log sticking out of the water, and its reflection.
Lovely backround patterns and color.
You've taken his picture with excellent clarity and light.

It's about time for some good Heron pics. I have been concerned about your safety. There have been a lot of storms passing through there this spring. We have been pretty good so far and haven't been spending half the time in the basement this year but it is early. Glad they have all missed you. Dave

Wow, Willie, this is fantastic! Crystal clear image with an added bonus of beautiful reflections of the Heron and log. Doesn't get any better than this for wildlife photography. I love it!
