To make this a bit better you can lose the sky. This would make the green more intense and focus more on the river and bridge. Sky is not interesting here, and bright so attracts the eye.

This is a pretty scene. I like the look of the bridge and the water. The sky is much to bright. I would crop it all out then adjust the brightness and contrast.
