You've captured the boat well here, and I like the focus and colour. I'd suggest perhaps a slight crop of some of the water in the foreground to cut out that rather uninteresting space and bring the boat closer to the viewer. You could even take off a small amount of the sky and make this a panoramic shot to add impact. Just a suggestion, see what you think. But a good shot and best of luck in the contest.

This is such a pretty river boat. It's romantic to me.
I like how well we get to see it, because you took the picture good clarity and exposure.
Like how the boat is placed in the picture, and that we have textures of water, trees and then the lighter blue sky behind.
LIke seeing the details of the boat.
Enjoyed.
