Ugly? I don't think so! What he does to be full of shape and texture, and makes for a great shot. The texture of the eye is almost creepy how alive it makes it look in the photograph. Awesome photo, thank you for sharing it!

ugly!!! are you kidding. I spend an hour photographing a dead bee and it didn't look half as great as this shot. Lovely photograph, very nice composition, colors crop, lighting, focus all good. Excellent clarity. Thank you for sharing your work.

The title here of Ugly Bug is so a pro po. The long legs, with tiny feet are fascinating. The hair on the body and the fact that you were able to capture these details in such clarity is phenomenal. Good luck in the contest my friend. Cyn
