Well your patience certainly paid off here! Awesome stop-action photography work! The beak and fish could have been better in focus, but the overall beauty of this shot overrides that fact in my opinion. Love that background with the different shades of green. Good lighting and frame placement. Very well done!

It's one thing to sit there and be fishing for the fun of it, or to catch a monster like on River Monsters, but it's a whole nother story when you're having to fish for your next meal! I'm glad that this guy was able to get something, all his hard work is now paid off... until he has to fish again, haha. Thanks for sharing this picture, you got a great shot of him
