thnx...and talking bout sharpness ,i just kept the petal sharply focused...rest are blurred knowingly to give importance to the drying petals..but i appreciate your thinkings..

Lovely photo. I think your camera settings are spot on. Great choice of ISO and aperture and shutter speed is also good. Focus and sharpness are great and depth of field is also perfect. The black background works nicely, bring colours out even more. I would crop the background on the left, making the rose less centered, but that may just be down to personal preference.
