LOVE this..what a wonderful image..all we have lost superimposed over what we have "gained". You had such a great poignant idea, and the execution is masterful..the black and white was a stroke of genius for this! Donkeyoatey

This truly breaks my heart. I am writing this with tears filling my eyes. Animals are God's creatures too, and deserve their natural life as well. But we humans feel we are above all other forms of life. You told this story visually very nicely! You did an excellent job!

I love the interpretation from dream to image.

Wonderful use of photos and post photo editing.

This really glows even in this black and white format.

Clear, full of details.

Cropping is right on spot.

Cloning and all of the elements are just a sight to hold.

Thank you for sharing your creativity and wonderful image.

Best wishes :)

YOur notes brought a tear to my eye, I love this. Its so poinent, it tells a great story. One that unfortunely is happening all over the world. This is very well composed, all the techs look great (not much I know so cannot comment to much, sorry) The way the jaguar is sitting amongst his tree is very stunning and he definetly has been made the center focus of this piece. Very well framed and presented, I LOVE it. Thanks so much and I hope you have a great day

What a wonderful composition!! Great DOF and use of B&W is perfect for this. Lighting is great showing the details of his spots. The only thing I see as a slight distraction is the building on left, I may have blurred that just a bit. Over all it is very impressive!

Thank you very much for your thought review, your input and the high rating. I would not need to blurr the building, It is just one of the nine layers. I put it there, I could eliminate it by eliminating the layer, but the building is there in purpose. It's purpose os distraction. Thank you for realising this. The city including this building is the reality in this story. All nature is not reality, but a dream of the Jaguar. Nature is fading out, city taking over. The viewer has to be disturbed, even distracted by it, getting angry over. This picture is not meant as a nice illustration or a pretty fantasy. The picture and the story are provocative, maned to make the viewer very uneasy. If the picture dos not provoke, I have failed and do not deserve your high rating.

This is a great image of the Jaguar. I am with you, I hate seeing caged animals. They were made to roam as they were meant to do. Good story telling. Good composition, focus and detail. Well done. Thanks for sharing. Good luck in the contest. Sam

This is a clever idea, and after visiting mexico in the 80's and the zoo in mexico city which was horrific, I can really relate to the story of this sorry 'survival. wonderfully creative collage. Well done.
