Kool image. Can you put your camera on movie...lol. I like the style you have given this portrait, maybe to use a smaller aperture and you wont have to worry about focus so much, f8 or f11 is usual for portraits. Great work, well done

Hmmm... I would think the name a give away. But.. As soon as I opened this shot.. I know.. The use of natural light is a giveaway my friend.
I loved the vignette.. The smooth edit. Most will give you grief about not having the entire rifle in the shot.. ahhh but .. This is like the old timer shots.. You captured the old time vintage feel and look of this by your use of natural light. YOU clever and creative girl. It is nice to see you
In action... I prefer a camera in your hand... But this will do. Bravo!

Thank you very much for the lovely review, The original photo had the whole length of the rifle intact, but I decided to crop it out because the format would be rather stretched out. Another option would have been to have more space at the bottom and top as well, but then my face would have been rather small. Something that might have been for the better. LOL

I think this is a great photo. The only thing I think I would change is trying to get the entire gun in the photo. Other than that I still think it is great.

The entire gun is shown in the original photo, but since I wanted this to be more like a portrait the photo would have been rather stretched out if I had not cropped the right side. Thanks a lot for the lovely review.

All your efforts have not gone in vain. This portrait has really come out well. I like the single point light and the colours. The shadows that cover the edges high light your face. overall, impressive. Good luck in the contest!

This is a wonderful self-portrait with excellent effects so professionally applied. Focus is good and surely this is the result of focusing the broom 100% sharp! :) Amount of the natural light is well balanced. Your efforts did not go waste and I wish you good luck for this contest entry.

Very nicely composed with the background adding interest. The high contrast adds to the natural impact of the rifle. Detail is great throughout the image.
