Good Evening, sorry for the absence, all is now good, love external drives and Adobe Help, LOL.

Love this little guy, how much is that doggie in the window! I would never leave him in the rain but to me he is playing in the puddle after the shower, you even seem to have a smile on his face. Great expression in the overall scene. THe sky in the BG is awsome, a try sigh that the rain has stopped. Love the way the dark surounding the little guy is great, it allowes him to be front and center and a definet highligh of my evening, so glad to be back on line. I think he needs a name..changed my mind she looks like she needs a new name something realy sweet, but not to sugary (if thats a word) maybe, Cherry..she seems to have a red hint in her coat and there is nothing better than a cold bowl of sweet cherries on a hot afternoon, shee would brighten anyones day, LOL. Great job and hope to see her again, C

I know what you mean, if the computer goes down I go through withdrawals, needed hospitalized more than once for that got the shakes and the D T's bad LOL
Cherry sounds like the perfect name for this little pup.
think that's what I'll call her. I decided to attempt another children's story using this picture as the guideline. I've written 2 books so far but said I'd never do it again, but this pup has grown on me also , along with my Tigress loll
thanks c for another fun review it is always a treat

How cute this is! If he were real, there is nothing as smelly as a wet dog. I love his face. Good work!

Boy did you hit the nail n the head with that comment, when my Shepard plays in the rain you can smell him through the whole house even though he stays i the barn, but he has so much fun playing in the rain I always think it's worth the smell
thanks Brooklyn for another nice review

Another really sweet poster t type picture! Your water drops have added a three dimensional quality to this, and I like the vignette and the hint of reflection. Really nice colors aspecially the greens and Reds in the background, just enough ballooned to make the whole picture pop out. Donkeyoatey

The puppy must be a water-dog. He is obviously sitting in as mud puddle or a stream enjoying the rain. I love the surrounding nature and the sunset sky. Separate viewed the picture is perfect. Seen with the previous; the puppy look to much alike in them. If they are in a bock, especially on neighboring places, there should be some difference [maybe how he sits, had bend, profile, standing, a paw out of the water etc]

i guess i should have mentioned in my notes that this is the exact same dog lol. i cut him out of the previous painting and wanted to do something different with him,so here's 'WET PUPPY' lol, guess your right however, i shoulhave atleast chenged his position,
thanks for the review as always

No you do not need to mention it. It is obvious for anyone looking at both picture. I looks like a stamp in both now [or a cut out]. That gives the pictures an apperance like the kind of digital composition were people get background and clips from somewhere and just put it together. It takes the uniqueness of an original painting away. You do not want that to happen. It also makes both pictures less interesting for the viewer; because the dog is the main feature, it draws the eyes of the viewer first. The viewer thinks: same-o-same and will not look anymore. The opposite thing seems to happen when you use the background more than ones; but change the main subjects. For example: If the first picture is the dog in the puddle and the second a unicorn in the puddle, not many people will see that it is the same BG. More so if the dog is frontal like here, but the unicorn is in profile, standing in the green. Do you know what I mean?

This is cute! I don't know much about digital art but I like the attention to details and great blend of colors.
Alonso like the fact that you can see his reflection in the water.
Nice work!

thank you lyncia for a very kind review and rating. I didn't have any idea what digital art even was until a year ago, but I liked what I saw and kept learning and I still have a long way to go.
    thank you again
