I do not normally like milky water, But I think you timed it just right for the effect. Its not too milky. Great shot.

I think this is a nice entry for the contest. I really like the contrast between the blue hues of the water and the colors of the dry leaves and moss.
The long exposure has given the flow of water a nice and silky look and the light in this photo is just perfect. Not a trace of over exposure in the white parts of the little stream. Colors are indeed nice and natural. This is also a nice and sharp shot showing great details in everything on the ground.
I also like very much the way you have composed this photo with the little brook running diagonally across the frame. I think this is a well taken photo with very good balance and DOFF. I wish you luck with the contest.
