Ha, Ha, amusing and clever too. Not so sure I would come up with something like this, given a sharpie to begin with! Reminds me of the Space Race programmer to see who could get the first person into space. The subject shows up well against the black background, representing space I assume. In the second image the subject looks more so like a spacecraft due to the angle it is being shown. Definitely like the yellow and orange tones in the fire which thurst it into orbit.

I love these spaceships where disappear the markers and for converted in toys to eyes a boy. Is very good and important that we remind this wonderful stage of our life, because this us helps to understand better to the sons. Unfortunally, some the forget. Love it.

Great imagination as always with your excellent work. Love it. I have two boys (men now of course) and one girl and they all had vivid imaginations too.

I like all the colours and shapes you use in your drawing. Best of luck in the contest. Suzanne

it is not a box.

as my son says it is a rocket.

Ok Mr Imagination, I see you can create great rockets out of sharpies. I see a hint of a strange planet in the corner. It wouldn't be the planet Venus would it? Watch out for those Venusians. We don't want them taking over the world. ;-)
Now what does a person have to do to get entries for their contests around here? I hope you are planning on entering the famous character contest. I have given enough advance notice for it so you have time to do your very best work. Six star stuff, ya know the kind?

sincerely Angel.

I know you can do great portraits. That is why I am asking you to do another for the September portrait contest. I will have more six star ratings to give you then. Apparently we are restricted to giving any single person only two a month. Why they make these stupid restrictions beats me, but they do for some strange reason.

I am happy you have still that boy in you. Well, why not Sharpie design. The Sharpie style seems very adequate for boyish space [and video game] travel. Are that extra engines on top of the right one or defensive weapons to hold another craft of who id in pursuit of the space ship?

Excellent composition and creativity using the sharpie pen to create your rocket. I like the colors used and the idea used to create this drawing.
