When I first seen this picture I thought it was a flower with a record player in the back ground but your right tho kids these days would not know what that is lol!
But let me have a few words about this picture! Awesome! The color is awesome and love the story to back this picture up! Great work and thank you for sharing this work of art with us!

OMG,this is absolutely gorgeous and I was immediately
drawn to it when I saw it.I'm pretty sure by the style I know who did this ;)The colors
of the flower are blended so well and there is such depth in the center.I knew exactly what was in the bottom left of this.I had to laugh that the kids of today have no idea what these things were.
Stunning work and I wish you the Best of Luck.~
Angelheart :)

Beautifully soft contrasts you have created with this romantic palette. Detail is excellent and the composition, though unusual, works brilliantly. Good luck in the contest!

This is a very creative entry for the flower contest. I love the way you turned the flower into a gramaphone trumpet. Very unique and nostalgic. I think it is excellent.

I love how you have merged the phonograph player into the image of a flower. It is soft, definitely romantic and has nice appeal. I still don't understand how digital art programs work because I have never been exposed to that medium, but however it does you did a great job with this.

Thank you very much, I appreciate your review. Digital art is easier than it looks. Mostly it is your imagination what creates good pieces. Techniques can be learned. There are several inexpensive programs available on line. Most of them come with beginner classes. Just try it! You will be amazed of what you can do. My picture is very much done like a traditional painting, just that I move the brushes on a mouse pad, A kind of finger painting so to speak.

What a totally cool idea! I really love the concept, turning the gramaphone into a beautiful blooming flower at the trumpet end. It makes it seem as if the music is turning itself into a visual aspect before our eyes. I find it highly creative, and very well painted too! Not sure how anyone could NOT like this! I also really like the color palette, and away you have presented the record in the dreamy state, rising to a more defined flower bloom. Donkeyoatey

Thank you! I know, you would understand this perfectly :-)
you are the only one so far to mention the difference of dreamy recorder and defined flower. Thank you very much for your review and especially for your understanding. Thank you also for those many stars. I am once again honored.

No, no candles. It is to dangerous, we have a draught. We can't have open fire. LOL :-)
