There are a few suppliers on line. I live in England. There's a site butterfliesetc.com that sells them from catterpillers onwards. My grandchildren are enjoying watching them change, they're chrysalises at the moment. Hope you find some.

This is a very good photo of a butterfly. It is really beautiful with all the different colors and the intricate pattern. It is standing out in a lovely way against the nicely blurred background.
Your focus is nice and sharp showing very fine details in the butterfly and the exposure is spot on. To me colors look nice and natural.
The placement of the butterfly within the frame works well, but I think it would have been nice with a bit more negative space at the top, since the wing is very close to the frame. This is a well taken photo and I wish you luck with the contest.

Thank you so very much! I agree with the negative space but this is as taken. The cropping was from the bottom and left side. I was leaning out my car window shooting these beauty's. This was one of the better ones. There was a couple I cut the wing off. It is easy to get excited and not see where the frame is.
The five star forum is getting interesting. I hope something good comes from it!

To be honest, I don't think anything will change, but I appreciate Tom showing some interest. The issue about reviewing is constantly brought up in the forum, but I have still to see any changes. Like you I also avoid photographs or art I think deserve less than 4. Still it irritates me to see them getting 5.
