beautiful, serene image. how peaceful for the fisherman and now for us - viewers. you composed it well and it looks like it was taken close to dusk - my favorite time of day. i was saddened to read a review which said it was too dark, and then preach about spending money to "buy" an all time best. how horrible rude and inappropriate. this is deserving of the all time best award and is a wonderful image.

I know how this is. Sometimes fishing can be quite rewarding when you catch something, but at the same time it can be quite downing when you've spent a whole day trying to catch something and all you get is nothing. This is a very nice picture that you captured of this fellow in his attempt to catch something.

What a peaceful photo. The lighting is great, centering of boat is good, like the colors, green of the grass is crisp and contrasts nicely with the blue of the water.

Love the composition and the angle taken. I would have liked to see a bit more definition on the trees in the background.

Quite a nice scene,For you to have been watching this fisherman all day ,I think you could have taken a much better picture.I would have cropped some of the darker right hand side, and thereby not to have the boat dead middle, and you would have had a brighter pic'..To have over100 reviews must have cost you a lot of money,MIND you money can always BUY the ALL TIME BEST.

i didn't intend to make it bright, i wanted it to be a evening shot.thank you.

I know where you got the concept from and it is rather interesting. However, it lacks originality. The picture itself, although soothing to the eyes, lacks technical prowess and is just an automatic shot taken in landscape mode. With the camera you used, a better composition was definitely possible. However, this is not a bad effort at all. Happy clicking :)

The boat should have neen made the focus of this shot with an iris blur on the surroundings and increased saturation.

A beautiful & peaceful scene ofthe loan fisherman in his boat searching for the elusive fish. The trees curving along the far bank & the reeds on the left all go to draw the eye towards the tiny boat. The river softly ripped under the pale sky.
Taken with excellent camera techniques & pinsharp focus.

It is such a vast photo, the fisherman in his little boat are dwarfed against the scene, it reminds me of how tiny in the grand scheme of things we acctually are.

It is ok. There is nothing that really stands out to me in the picture. The water is nice. The sky is not out of the ordinary. The tree line frames the picture a bit. I would have liked to see the boat up a bit closer.
