Great story and trip down memory lane. If you hadn't said so I wouldn't have know this was you, lol. Great color and detail. I was of course expecting a funny fishy thingy, but instead was treated to a few wonderful childhood memories. Thanks for sharing.

A very sweet image. Great enjoyment for a child. Love the little puppy with the child (is say, with you, lol) When I was a girl I was going gaps with my brother and my cousins (older than me) But with fishing net, to fishing of shrimps. Of course , they never wanted that I go with they, but I was going behind. Great job.

This is really cool and I too fished for crawdads when I was a little fellow. But we used forks and turned over rocks to catch them for fishing bait. It is one the of best memories I have with my grandparents. then the next morning we would get up and go trout fishing. Thanks for the happy memories and thanks for sharing.

ours in the south get heck of lot bigger than up north..but ur right they could be used as bait there too..thanks for the great review

I like the golden hair boy, and that dog really completes this image. Very classic, wholesome, so high five in substance and content. Very detailed and defined. Realistic choice of colors, my favorite is the overall, and absolutely painted with high skills and expertise.

Oh, this takes me back. Fishing for tad poles and small sun fish with a worm tied to a strand of my long hair. A little different than your usual style, but I like the way it flows. Bright clear colors. Nice story. cainse
