Enjoyed reading your notes.
I think you've captured him well.
I like how he leans into the picture, fully involved in the moment, his fingers moving over the strings.
Black and white, the contrasts are great.
I like the straight strings next to the curves of his guitar, and curly-cue designs on it. Then the shape of his collar and dress, the texture of his hair..all give a lot of life to this picture.
But what is most compelling is his almost tortured looking expression, giving his all to the moment.
Like the writing behind and the black backround.
I wish I had a 6 for this.

I can only give you a five.

This is worth so much more.

Amazing details with you limitation of color.

Even when you work bare bones ...you are amazing.

I think the subject is well suited for your use in pens. Adds to the whole rock history thing for me.

Love your notes too.

This is just a movie in stop motion.

Thank you for sharing the eye candy and brining back a tune or two.

Details are all through this. Love it!!

Perfect, Perfect, Perfect, Perfect, Perfect, Concept, Concept, Concept, Concept, Concept, Technically Brilliant, Technically Brilliant. "The Man" would hang this in his living room if he were alive to see it.
No words can describe this.

I should say that you have surpassed your own high standards in this excellent artwork. Suffice it say that this immediately sought my eyes by its uniqueness. The composition is carefully and intelligently thought out, and the light and shadow effects in B&W are exquisite. This makes compulsive viewing!Good luck in the contest!

Nice layout, the compositional elements are all where they should be to create a good flowing piece of artwork. I do think however that the lettering is not defined enough, it needs something like a border/shadow to help make each letter a little more distinctive and his name easier to read.
