Wow such a sharp focus and great clarity! We can see almost all the details of this red wasp and its meal.. You caught it really on action, enjoying the worm.. The green leaf with all the lines seen clearly is a nice addition to the composition. This is one of the most clear macro shots I have ever seen on this site.. what a find and you framed him beautifully. He's devouring that poor worm! Lighting and colors are lovely and you show excellent detail. good dof gives nice separation from the background to keep the attention on him. Great techs. Should go really well in the contest.

Good thing the wasp was busy eating and not in the mood for stinging! ha Great close up shot of this guy busy with its meal. Nice sharp focus, good exposure and very well framed. You must have good eyes to spot this while you were driving! Excellent image!

Great capture. I really like the composition. The V of the wings matches the V of the leaf. The background is nicely blured & The wasp is very sharp. A friend of mine showed his wasp eating a caterpillar pictures this morning. I thought wasp only ate my blood. Good job.
