This is a little surreal looking image. I thought I was opening a painting. Then it looked like you superimposed the woman and her umbrella onto a photograph. I certainly love the composition, the emotion of the shot and the serene color scheme. You know I a m a great fan of your work so please do not take offence but here it somehow looks Like you HDRed just your subject and you overdid it, or that you glued a painting of the lady onto a photo. It just seems an unreal picture. Is it perhaps that the tone mapping and sharpening has done that?

Very unique photo.
Clarity is great, colors are crisp, the blue umbrella really is a great accent.
Like that she is not centered, nice use of thirds.

Tremendous impact imagery, your subject, situated off to the left is surrounded by highly motivating contrasting colors. I say motivating because this is fun to look at. Classic in style and should be hung in a gallery for the world to see. Im not just blowing smoke up your ass, I like this and respect this.
