Sorry to hear the Asian elephant is endangered.
Like how we see this one here, with 3/4 facing, his long trunk hanging to the ground.
Their coloring is unusual to me, because I'm so used to seeing the grey of the African elephant.
Your exposure shows his colors very well. They seem like something between a pink and salmon color.
Very good focus. We're really able to see his skin textures well.
Like that you've chosen to have just head/upper body in the picture, and to focus on that.
He is placed well in the picture with a good amount of space all around.
I think the vignette adds.
Good subject and nice picture.

Nice shot Beautiful facial expression. Good detail of the elephant's texture. The brightness you captured highlighted your subject even though there was not much contrast with the background
