It looks as if the faerie is shaping this water elemental to her own will and then riding it like one rides a wave.
The faerie should be positive rather than a negative image. The water elemental is reflecting light from the glowing sea anemone in the distance.

Wow Annie! Your work is outstanding to me. So beautifully done. I aspire to be as good as you and a lot of others on Fanart. I am learning a lot. Not as qualified as you to do a review I can only say that it is just so beautiful! Beautiful colors with bursts of white make it look like glitter. Just gorgeous.
