I think this is a stunning photograph. I love the contrasts in tone and colour. You caught the moon just right as without it, I don't think the visual impact would be a great. Good shadow detail in the sky and background hills.

A very beautiful night shot! The cloudy sky almost looks like it was oil painted. Great use of the lighting that was available to you. It has a lovely glow. This looks like a peaceful but eerie place to be at night, as you don't know what is lying beyond in the hills. Great work - Thanks for sharing and good luck in the contest!

I wasn't surprised to hear that the ancestors were buried there as that is the feeling I got from your photo as it has this spititual feeling to it so I was not surprised when I read your notes. A lovely photo and this would certainly make a great postcard or calander

This is really an outstanding capture. Your composition and use of light gives a mystical ambiance to the photo which is perfect for this image.. The warm golden glow on the front of the small chapel is amazing and revealing the stone texture of the walls and the wooden door.. The green surroundings really make this little chapel a hidden one.. And the moon at the back with that amazing lights and colors around in the sky is the icing on the cake.. This is really a beautiful night capture and I wish you good luck in the contest!

Outstanding night shot of this chapel. I love the light on the front of it revealing the stone construction and the moon in the bg is fabulous. Your patience really paid off to wait for that moon to appear. Great camera techs and skills to get this low light image so well. Love it!
