Nice job of defining the season with the mass of gold. Creative.
Love the golden vertical stripes, the silouette works well. Image is different, not run of the mill oft repeated. I may of been tempted to make this into a square format but it works as is.
Nice dynamic range, believe that this one would not have been very effective if the heron was properly exposed - the silouette works much better in creating an eye catching, unique image.

Very unusual shot of the herron. I like the fact that it is in silhouette and obviously the colours are to die for. Love the little bush in the top right corner adding another dimention to the piece. Just lost the half mark from me as I would have liked the reflection of the bird to be sharp as well as the actual bird (don't mind the background going out)

amazing shot of sunset with lovely bird,i think proper fall colors ,i am seeing the reflection of spring colors in water but just reflection..but i think something needed to epmpower the fall shot..but shot is so beautiful ..

The water is so serine with outstanding color and reflections. An abstract back ground that presents the portrait of the bird wonderfully well. The black contrasts perfectly in this piece. A stunning work of art.

Sometimes silhouette photography really does work well - and this is one of those times. A strong outline to the bird and his perch and super golden tones. Lovely reflections too - wonderful photography!
