Thanks DWB. Maybe you should enter your melons as well then...and may the best melon win!!
It's interesting how one of something is never quite as good as lots of something (not always the case, Iknow, but definately in this case I think).

I like this photo. I like the lighting in this shot. The illusion of texture on the melon is great. I think if you crop the left corner where there is gap in the melons it would make for a better shot. Good job.

Thanks, Puddlejumper...yes, I know what you mean about the cropping...although I quite like the way there's a tiny bit of orange 'sneaking' into the greenery!

I find this to be a cool shot! It is interesting. The lighting and details are excellent, as are the realistic colors. This is such a perfect shot for the "green" contest..LOL. I will be looking forward to seeing more of your shots from your travels. I am not fortunate to travel, so my trips are thru pics of the people here..LOL
