yes a fab picture in all respects. you set yourself such a high standard, with your fine bird portraits but this really does stand out. such action in the perfect sense.

Wish I had a six Willie. This is a fantastic capture of nature, survival of the fittest, and the food chain. Waiting paid off and you have an amazing photograph. The Heron springing out of the water, leaving behind the water splash is great. Tremendous framing against the tree reflected water. Nicely focused in flight shot.

Wish I had a six Willie. This is a fantastic capture of nature, survival of the fittest, and the food chain. Waiting paid off and you have an amazing photograph. The Heron springing out of the water, leaving behind the water splash is great. Tremendous framing against the tree reflected water. Nicely focused in flight shot.
