Very nice capture of this lone man. It could be my grandfather in winter, as he used to do a lot of walking especially in the very cold winter days. He was always dressed well for warmth in the cold and snowy weather where we lived when I was growing up. Your work always reflects such an extraordinary variety of subjects, and excellent creativity and camera skills. A pleasure to view this image.

It's a beautiful photo, with the warm brown tones and flashes of frozen greens offsetting the white snow and winter sky. I wouldn't be so quick to assume that this man is lonely. "A walk in the snow" is a time-honored method for pondering deep issues as well as enjoying nature without social distractions.

I really like this Photo. I don't know why you say lonely in Winter though. The way his hands are behind him he looks to me like he is just out for a walk to enjoy the weather and nature and colors. I like photo's like this that make me think. Nice shot, great color and very clear.

Poignant shot of a man taking a walk. From his body language, you wonder if he's reliving a walk with a lover back in the day- or just walking with memories in the crisp air. He's not the only one to take the path, but at the moment, it is just him and nature. Nice detail and storytelling!
