A great idea. The colors of the season but an unusual subject even it is a pine. Thanks you for the beautiful card, and the best season greetings back to you.
The photo is as well perfect; because of those natural realistic colors the great detail and the bokeh. Just the dept where it is blown enough to deliver an excellent neutral background, but with some detail to imagine a tree.

Reminds me of the Trinity. Just beautiful. Colors are perfect. Backdrop sweetly supports your subject. Very nice tribute Lucien. Job well done with all elements! Wonderful sentiments. The very same to you!

I like the soft colours in this image, both from the subject matter and the nicely blurred background. The pines are interesting and have lots of texture. I do feel that having them at the centre of the frame though does not quite work in this case. Something is lacking - but not sure what exactly! Just too much space either side of the subject.

I love this piece and will up my rating if you blend the season greetings. It look as though you cut out a square and pasted without blending. At least on my end this is a great piece but this distracts from the greatness of the piece.

This is really nice! So this is what a pine tree looks like when it grows! wow! This is really pretty, I thought it would be more green, so is this a branch or the whole tree? I so find trees very interesting, they grow into magnificent works of art really. I really like what you have done here, so very pretty.
