Cute little fella! This is a beautiful shot of the bird. You have timed it well. The light, colour and the composition have worked well. Good effort!

Absolutely extraordinary capture! What a wow composition, with such excellent clarity and sharp focus. So festive, in keeping with the decorative aspect of the Christmas season. The bird is so precious and all the colors are just wonderful! Really like this! A pleasure to view your work always!

Nice composition. Pov, dof good. The focus is sharp. Clarity is good with the blurred background. We too have many hear at our feeders and I like to call them little jays. Good camera technique and thanks for sharing. Oh yeah an I now am using elements 11 and thanks for sharing that with me.

Thank you so very much! Now the next step is to learn how to use it! I am using elements seven and still don't know what all it will do!

Awww..how nice of you to remember the birds at the holiday season, and not just with seed, but with decor! I like the b.g. blur, it has a nice warmth to it and the greens add a nice finishing touch to the shot. Good detail on the bird, and the ornamant adds a wonderful look and feel. A very nice creative shot! Donkeyoatey

How perfectly delightful that you caught this little blue guy right next to a shiny red Christmas ornament! I can clearly see his reflection in the orb-an added bonus to this beautiful shot. Great angle and I love the muted background suggestive of a pine tree. His blue feathers work so well with the orange-brown hues! Wonderful! Jean
