I enjoyed your other Titanic Music piece which you shared with us earlier this week. I assume that this fine piece so part of a series? You are so very creative with your compositions as there is so much going on in them, each evoking strong emotions via your use of color, light and shadows. This is another strong winner. Excellent framing to boot to pull it all together and cause a feeling of closing in...just like the musicians must have felt, knowing their fate. Nice work!

Thank yo so very much for the lovely review, but I think you are mixing me up with another member. I have only made this one, but I saw the one you are referring to. Probably somebody with a similar idea.

Very cool, how you must of made this is still a mystery to me. I am not able to do mixed media, good job of portraying such a devastating event.

It tough for me to critique an abstract mixed media when it's the subconscious mind that usually makes the interpretation and the feel for what it is expressing. I usually just imagine it in a frame on a wall in my home and ask myself if it would work. This one does. And it's does it very well. Intense colors and forms laid on in a patter that is both interesting and intense. Nice compilation.

Wonderful artwork! Good Luck in the contest. I like the look of "And the Band played on" that you created with the silhouetted band member. The 'light" from above is a very nice touch and adds greatly to the picture.
