Way cool! Wow cool! Love the message. I think we all remember that feeling and the mixed emotions that come with it. Love the colors and technique you used to apply them. Although I'm not sure how you did it. Great balance and composition. Wow...just wow!

The colours says so much by the way you have used brightnes and softness, dark and light, The face of the main figure is very poignat, looking away from the world, the rest of the story. The creatures round about are a little threatening. I think this is an excellent and telling work of art. Thakyou. Mairi

Thank you Mairi. I just thought I'd test the waters with this piece. I didn't realize until I tried to enter this contest how seldom the colour green is the actual focus of art. Green is usually a background colour that makes the other colours pop.
