I just love this charming piece and would give it a SIX if I could (I guess I used mine all up for this week?) I love the busy/vibrant feeling to this - almost like a tapestry! And it definitely feels like Paradise. Have you seen the Christian movie "Faith Like Potatoes" yet? There's a scene in that movie that I think you would really appreciate. (It's a true story - even better! :)

we all react to life's tragic moments, art is a way of expressing our feelings and I think that your image shows a lot in that regard, the concept is really good but you need to use lighting or some tactic in your art to lead the eye in the "sentence" or word...this is an exposion of ideas...pose, light and structure an bring the viewer to an emotion....

You have told me that more than a few times and for the first time I think I actually get what you mean. As with your fairy painting the lighting focused on her face. It showed emphasis. Please keep giving me your advice, it may take a while for me to understand but then a light bulb will go on. Thanks again for your help

don't worry you are full of creative ideas, lead the eye in the story...what is most emportant, and remember you direct the story

Yes, the meaning is there and understandable for all. Non of us is probably able to ease the pain and fully understand through what pain those families are going. I lost my only baby; but the pain of loosing the children to a crime like this is seems unimaginable to me. You did a great work, it probably won't heal the wounded hearts; but it will help to ease the pain.

I could never know the pain of losing one's only child. I have been blessed with two more wonderful children that have given me 7 blessing in grandchildren. I lost my little girl to a genetic birth defect after 5 years, but I have to agree with you that losing a child to a senseless crime, how does anyone try to make sense of that. I do hope that this painting does ease some pain, even though it isn't a very artistically good painting, it was about the meaning behind it.
Thank you Cleo for sharing your Loss with me, and understanding where my heart was at with this work
Thank you again

I don't have any kids, I only have nieces and nephews so I don't know what it is like to lose a child but I do know what it is like to lose a brother! My brother was killed!
He was a twin to my sister no they are not identical but they was twins! He was killed january 13th 2002 in an Arkansas club!
The last time we spoke to him was on new years day and the last thing we said to each other was I love you and 13 days later he was gone!
This picture is perfect!
I know Jesus is playing with these beautiful kids!
I really love this picture. Awesome job!

Jerrid I can't tell you how my heart breaks for your pain, I can feel it in your words. Giving this such a high rating is nothing compared to the emotion you shared with me. I'm so pleased that this painting touched you. I didn't see the artistic ability in this, but it was more of the meaning behind it, which you understood.
Thank you deeply Jerrid I'm so glad you wrote this review

Hi Lynnkah....what a beautiful story, sorry about your loss, cannot imagine. I love all the acitivity in this picture, it screams serenity and peace. The colors are fantastic, you know me, my second nature is colour. Very well composed and balanced, and the stories this tells is endless...Great job.

Glad you enjoyed this and I too love color as if you could;'t tell LOL. Personally I think this painting is lacking a lot, but it's gotten good reviews, but then it's hard for someone to give a bad review when Jesus and little children are involved no matter how lousy the painting is LOL..Guess I could use that to my advantage LOLOLOLOL
Glad to see you around again, I missed your work
