This is really Unique. I would have never guessed it was from a flamingo. The feathers look orangish/pink. I love how they are standing up like little fingers. It makes a really Interesting Photo.

Wow how wonderful they are looking - very clear and sharp macro shot - perfect frame to show the structure and order of these feathers - they are looking like a flower and her petals that are at about to open - great color saturation - wonderful contrast - perfect camera settings - great shot - special topic and idea

Color and contrast are fantastic. The feathers are each seen individually and it is a great composition to leave out the rest of the bird, as this what is the essence of a flamingo, its pink plumage. The depth of focus is really well done as the illumination under the feathers is so well lit. Was there a flash, if not, great lighting.
