A wonderful capture Fred, love the leaves she has painted on her cheeks, beautiful smile and bright eyes with the perfect sunlight on her. Excellent sharp focus, dof, exposure and framing;)

many thanks Wendy; a portrait as I like, not smiling at the camera

Must have taken her quite a bit of time to make these leaf patterns on her face. Good eye to spot this one Fred. she looks like she's behind a fence and in the shadows. A nice people shot and just the way you like them, not looking at or smiling at the camera. A good candid shot and she is very pretty. Well done.

Very nice portrait of this young woman. Good focus and lighting. Interesting notes on how they protect their faces. I like that - artsy.

I really like the lighting here. Her face in light than the back of her head in shade. At first for a spilt second I that there was a stray light on my computer screen with the leaf on her face.

Great capture. I like it when the subject doesn't know they are being photographed.
This is very interesting. The painting on her face is different. Good composition and presentation

Lovely smile!. To my eye, the close-cropped composition evokes a happy -go-lucky nature! Light and sharpness are very effective in both creating a lovely portrait! You have captured her delicate features well despite the sun screen!:). Thanks for sharing!

This is a lovely and interesting capture. Nice lighting on her face and your composition works well here to isolate the area of interest (her face). The top portion of the image feels a bit dark and I would maybe suggest trying to bring out some detail in the shadows, not much, just enough to balance the brighter area toward the bottom.

The lighting on her face is soft and even which is important for a portrait. The dark background helps illuminate her face further. I find the fence distracting and you might try cropping it and see how you like the image..
