This is very pretty. What type of bird is this? I like the bright orange colours. The eye is so close and so beautiful. The feathers are so interesting seen up close like this.

I totally agree with you! Look at her coloring! Love the splashes of color along her body..Her beak is striking against the grey around the eye and beak. Good mixing of the lighter orange and the florescent orange.
Great eye contact. Nice shine in the center.
Like the contrast, makes a good difference between the light and the dark.
Good centering of subject and blurriness of the background. Crop is good and overall presentation. A wonderful showing! Thanks for sharing!
