This is a bit dark for me, but I love the thought behind it and the simple way you put it together to show the beauty in heart of a child. Very nice artist notes also.

Good loose composition with child like qualities achieved, that you spoke of in your notes. I'm not sure if it's the photo or dark paper and little contrast, but there does not seem to be enough strength to the drawing. It needs more contrast, or darker lines, otherwise, I love the drawing itself, it's very well composed. Thanks for sharing.

You are so right, it needs stronger lines, my first one ever out of home, only a couple or so practices before. I just don't know if I can continue to darken since color was added. I will certainly use this suggestion to guide me and get some darker pencils:) thanks so much:)
