I am amazed at how different your line work is with the oil pastels VS the watercolor or pen. Many more angles and of course, the vivid colors, but fewer organic shapes and textures-so far that is. I love the repose here, choosing a green paper indicates sickness perhaps. Jean

I feel different material gives itself better to different methods, and colour speaks for itself, the latter I feel strongly- thank you

Nice work. This is a very amusing piece and I am amazed at the good use of oil pastels, not my favorite medium. The diagonal composition works well with the subject, crating interest.

I love oil pastels, I used to sketch with blackboard chalks because of their soft colours, - the eue de nil is a dream- but I have to say I am not absolutely taken with oil pastels which I have used consistently for the last decade or more (I am an oldie, 67 yrs) thank you-
