This is a great photo. Were you in a boat or standing on the shore when you took this shot? You can even see the rain coming down. I really like the reflections. The bird standing on the old post is fantastic. I like herons.

Great photograph made even more interesting having the fishermen in the background, the vivid colors of the rain suits adds a nice splash of color, especially the yellow reflecting in the water. The raindrops in the water is a nice touch.

I like how you captured him. Good composition but the boat is distracting when it comes to the photo as a whole. It does reflect well on the water but it draws attention away from your main subject. It is nice to see the rain on the water and it makes a good contest entry. Nice
