A cute and fun shot, do not think the rain is bothering this heron at all. Like the composition, frame, focus and a rainy day exposure with nice reflected colors on the water. Good entry.

Nice picture but I believe it could have been cropped with the yellow reflection in the water. The heron has great color and very clear image .

Well how about this image what a fabulous take on the contest theme.
Love the connection with those guts fishing in that boat that connects with the heron doing the same thing.
Love the rainy weather and atmosphere, the heron on its own would make a great picture but putting them together takes this on another level, must be a contender for the contest.

They always seem to have a log or a branch or something to perch themselves on. I think it was worth you getting wet, this is a very good image. Nice reflections and good composition.

Good shot of this great? blue. I like the fact that the fishermen are in the picture also, especially in the pop of yellow in a rain jacket. If he had not been there, I would have thot those were tiny leaves on the top of the water instead of raindrops hitting the water. Good reflections.
