This is such a phenomenal photo Eileen on so many levels. The point of view and composition is outstanding as it tells a story without reading any notes. You have captured the tenderness and vulnerability of this little one and the protection of it's mother. How you have it framed is brilliant. Although you cannot see the mother, you can see her and how big she is, strong and caring for the baby. The color is true, sharp and beautiful. You clarity and focus is also pin sharp here.
