The detail in the feathers and head of this bird is excellent, as is the focus and framing a very well taken shot by a good photographer.

good sharp image. Good detail and I especially like the reflection in the eye this gives the subject energy. the blurred background enhances the overall impact of the image. Good work.

Pretty little baby. The orange eyes are really outstanding. I would hate to get in the way of that beak. Clear focus and I like the way the background is blurred. Nice job.

Fantastic close up shot of this little heron and yes Sange would know everything about it. Probably has a name for every bird there. ha I really like the sharp eye in this photo as well as the beak and feather details. This young one is just waiting to get it's adult colors. Excellent photo Eileen and it looks like a Sange shot! We all hope to get photos that look like Sanges

A big compliment David and so very appreciated. But we all know there can only be one Sange :) I'll take the compliment anyway :)

This is a beautiful head shot of this lovely bird. It stands away from the background well. Excellent detail in its plumage. I like the texture in the beak and that eye draws me into the picture. Mitch

I like to see birds up this close. It brings home to me just how much detail there is in every feather. Like the profile showing his beady eye and also the impressive beak. Focus is very good as are the colours which look very natural. Like the blurred background too.
