OK, you are making me SO hungry, I haven't eaten yet today, LOL! I really love this and what a good digital postcard it would make to send to a friend, or family member who is under the weather. Love the contrast of purple and yellow and the little bit of a "peek" of a stylized hand in the upper righthand corner! :)

And why not. If you enjoy eating soup, and this one in particular, that's good enough reason to create a picture of it. I actually like the image (and the soup too). The yellow colour is bright and works very well against the dark background in purple and black. I like the steam you have created rising up from the bowl. I also like the shape of the bowl and spoon which are very simplistic. The addition of fingers at the top of the frame adds more interest and colour and draws my eye up into that area. Unusual but effective.
