I really like the mood you have created here â?? the mood fits with the many themes comes with the Masquerade party. The overall blue tone leads the cold and mystery; I especially like the blue shadow on her face. The facial expression, hand position and overall mannerism are only to strength the mystery. If all of those comes from your imagination, I start to be a bit scooped by your personality. LOL . I am also impressed by the accessories you have created here - good effort for that. Thank you for sharing.

would a masquerade be a fun party to go to? I have thought that too. I like square dances too. My grandmother spoke of all the parties they had grwoing up and dances. my school never had any thing like that.

What a splendid picture. The colours are so vibrant although you have darker tones which give some depth and which also emphasize the lighter tones. This reminds me of the masked ball which is held in Venice every year when guests dress up and wear elaborate face masks. Visually very attractive and ever so appealing. Great work.

Yes it is true that the hidden and masked reality is fascinating, and that is exactly what you have captured here in this work. The character is not sure what she needs to hide, adding to the mystery. Very nice work.

We have somthing in common. Masks and Maskerads facinate me to. They are still common. There are the Carnavals and other Holiday celebrations of the America and and the costum parties of the western world, pagan traditions overcome from times long ago and common traditions of native cultures. Its always the same; the hidig of one owns face behind another. Often its not the face which must be hidden; but the emotion in the face as in your picture. I see uncertainty in her real face, as if she not know what to aspect or if she should go into a waiting adventure. You have given a fine interpretation of why masks and the faces behind, we do not see are faszinating.

Sometimes people in life people wear mask, is there something to hide?

-

We only allow what we want people to see, it is not until we find that soul make that the mask comes off.
