What a fun piece of work. I like all the elements. The daffodils are very pretty and are as I would probably draw these flowers. Three blooms in a small group work well. The hippo is very amusing. I like the red lips, blue eye shadow and big blue bow. The rainbow effect is very effective too. I also like the plain background decorated with hundreds of little dots. I think you have achieved what you set out to do.

Simple, fun and for the most part effective. I do think that the flowers need to be grounded. The floating look to me takes away from the flow, to me the eye needs that resting place on a horizontal line or their stems need to go off the page, out of the frame. Everything else I like, maybe the wings should have been less solid and more pointillism in nature, but overall a nice image.
