Wow, what a colorful macro. Like the very good focus, translucent wings and a good frame. The high ISO has given you a bit of noise than can be edited out. How great for this little one to give you such a good pose.

I like it a lot Eileen and if I had a six left you would get it for this one. The only distraction I see is the one leaf that goes in front of its wings on the left. Other than that I love this head on shot of this dragonfly. Very sharp focus to show the tiny details in its wings and the head and eyes are sharp as well. Love that bright green behind it, a leaf with sun on it I'm guessing. Excellent shot and thanks for the view of this dragonfly.

A really beautiful image! The detail is sharp. Like the lacey pattern in the wings. The green leaf in the background almost acts like a green light and adds a really beautiful effect. I really like this photo! Great job! -john (would have been a six, but I squandered them earlier this week :( )
