Your title made me chuckle, thanks. An excellent, engaging subject. National Geographic quality. I've seen egrets, but never like this. The light and frame are perfect. Please do post more photos as their nesting and family develop.

Only becase i don't have a 6 left! This is a perfect picture, colors, framing, focus and control of the background and the DOF are text book perfect.
Clever title, and great information in the notes.

love this has such character and comical at the same time, the pair look like they are having a conversation or mating great picutre well focused with such sharp details and composition, background leafes projhects these birds which you have captured beautifully,thuier orange beaks really long and defintlyt talking to each other, thanks for sharing gave me lunch break a boost

Nice one again. I only wish I could see something like this. Focus is very sharp, clean and clear with nice colors and details. Great background as natural is always the best. Hope to see more from both you and Sange. Nice work and thanks for sharing.

Good luck then and say high to Sange too. I have a colony of the great blue herons with 15 nest and they are all occupied. I have a shot of a pair of them in the nest breeding but I cannot get to them to get a shot like yours and Sanges because it is like a jungle and the nests are in the tops of three giant sycamores. They were feeding their young two weeks ago. Hope to see some more great shots from the both of you.

Ph what a wonderful title and perfect match with it - so soft and lovely and we can perfectly perceive how nice they are treating each other with so much love - a wonderful and very special capture - great for a postcard o double form to place a lover poem - great job - technically 100% in all details - the light on their white feather is just spectacular - well done with the absolute perfect timing
