Fabulous shot, Eileen. Sange has taught you well. I know how hard it is to take photos of white birds and you've done a fabulous job. Love the story. You've captured an intimacy between then that is just lovely. Excellent DOF and focus on the herons, particularly their delicate tail feathers. Taylor

Such elegant birds. Does not matter how many shots I see of these, I still like to look at more! Beautiful pose with one appearing to be talking to the other. Very well captured with good lighting, focus and framing. Like the little bokeh dots in the background too.

You and Sange are so blessed to experience these beautiful birds in their natural environment. Great stop action catch, spot on focus with a low sun angle that really adds to the vibrant colors.
