Very nice shot, however I think the crow could be lightened up a bit. The only reason I am saying is that it would make this pop.
I mean with that excellent, out of focus background and the position of the crow in the frame is well done, a very good post -

Thanks Tony, but this is a Juvenile Black Crowned Heron. That's why he is so light in color. I really appreciate the review thanks!

I have to say that on my monitor I do not see any white specks. I have viewed on my laptop too and even pulled the blinds down - but still cannot see anything looking like rain. I have this minute peered hard into the image and at long last since some very small round dots which I would mistakenly call dust on the sensor rather than rain! Anyway that apart I like the shot of the bird. No idea what type it is but the profile position gives the viewer a lot of detail to enjoy. The background is nicely blurred in tones that compliment the shot.

I have this minute peered hard into the image and at long last since some very small round dots which I would mistakenly call dust on the sensor rather than rain! Anyway that apart I like the shot of the bird. No idea what type it is but the profile position gives the viewer a lot of detail to enjoy. I have to apologize, it does not reveal the subtitle because of blind entry I guess. It is a juvenile black crowned heron. Very hard to find :)

Nice drops but I think its quite scarce. Show more raindrops.

Great shot of this wonderful bird the focus is pin point , the detail wonderful. The concentration on the bird looks like he is looking for food very well caught. There is little white dots that look like rain, sorry could not resist. Great composition.

This is an outstanding photo, looks like it was shot with the older SLR cameras. But the image is crisp and you cropped him nicely. I like the moist green background, it give you a feeling of rain. I don't have any constructive criticisms for this image, I wish I did, It just shows you have talent and you are willing to go out into the rain to achieve this great image...Eric D.S.
