Eileen, this is gorgeous. I love the way that you changed the background and leaves using the black and white effect and then changed the color of the bud back to green. It's a very striking photograph. Very nicely done.

Beautiful presentation and great techniques, I like the Green color on the center against the dark b/g, focus is sharp very good frame and good clarity well done , - jairos

I LOVE the selective coloring on this, it grabs the viewer from the first second it opens! I also find the colors you chose perfect..the silver backs up the punch created by the green, yet both are still natural feeling..not easy to do! donkeyoatey
