Tremendous job on this piece. Exceptional detail in the stone arched bridge with a beautiful reflection in the water. The branches of the trees along the sides is a great addition to the painting, steering your eyes down river to the bridge.

Nice impressionistic soft painting. Good water effects and reflections. The touch of pink in the background really pulls it together as there are pink tones throughout, and the touch of red below/behind the bridge focuses the eye. Some good texture and tonal contrasts, too.

The faded, slightly hazy look is perfect for a scene painted from memory. I love all the flowers along the flowers along the bank and visible through the arch of the bridge and in the background. You must have loved this place!
