Great shot Eileen.
Good definition throughout. Nice clarity on the eye.
Good separation from the back round.
The feeder colors and the back round green give contrast to the birds dark colors.
Good placement.
Interesting to see his tail curve under the feeder..whatever he needs to do to balance I guess.
Nice light.
Good editing.
Well done.

Your patience pays off. Excellent photo of a hungry bird. Crisp focus, showing all his feathers but also his feet and legs even his strength. I like the soft background. Great photo.

Great capture of this little Grackle helping himself to the feeder. I like the angle you caught here. Lighting and focus very good showing excellent detail in his markings. The softened green background makes a good frame. Very nice composition.

Certainly seems to have the hang of how to get food from the feeder. We do not have these birds in the UK. Remind me of a Crow or similar type of bird. Very good shot which has been well framed. Focus is spot on on both the bird and the feeder. Nicely blurred background too.

This is a good one and it is odd seeing one this young with yellow eye. Nice job one the focus as the lighting seems low. As small as it appears on the feeder, I am guessing this one will be a female. Very nicely done and presented. Thanks for sharing. The adult male are amazing to watch in the full sun when their colors explode.

Yes the males are very black that gleam in the sun with different s colors. This is a young female I believe. Thanks so much!

What a fantastic photo this is. I can see that Sange has been a good teacher. It is so funny to see the way this bird is hanging on to the feeder. I just wish the producers of these feeders could go for a more neutral color on their products. LOL The soft green background is perfect for both the bird and the feeder to stand out in the most excellent way.

Very dark birds are not easy to photograph, but you have handled the light so well, and the exposure is just spot on. This is also a pin sharp shot showing clear and well defined details in the feathers, and especially the bright and shiny eye is really well captured.

This is also a strong composition where both the bird and the feeder are well placed within the frame. Topaz is a fantastic editing tool, and really used well here. Really a well taken shot with an excellent DOFF.
